Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UPVS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use UPVS services for personal or business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in UPVS services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by UPVS at any time.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Service Usage

You agree to use UPVS services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate UPVS, a UPVS employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services

Payments and Billing

For services that require payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We may suspend or terminate your access if fees are not paid on time.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service and are outlined in the specific service agreement. Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The UPVS platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tinuten Nigeria Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UPVS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
